If you are after a non-contact, high energy fitness class, then our Ladies Kickboxing program is the perfect mix of Muay Thai and Aerobics which will boost your metabolism, improve your fitness and is the perfect outlet for pent-up frustrations and anxiety.
That is why we introduced a Ladies Kickboxing program to our offerings. Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, our program is a fun way to burn calories, relieve stress and achieve a daily calorie deficit to allow for fast weight loss. Classes involve a choreographed routine of punches, kicks, elbows and knees.

The great thing about this class is you can go at your own pace and increase your speed and perfect your technique as the routine becomes more familiar you can also add extra challenging elements by varying the height of your kicks and punches.
All of this is conducted in a safe, fun and friendly training environment that is synonymous with our school.
Our classes are limited and we want to work with people who have focus, determination and solid core values that accurately represents what martial arts is all about.

What should I wear?
Until you acquire the Gi (Karate Uniform) feel free to wear loose comfortable active wear. Footwear is unnecessary as we train barefoot. Jewellery and eye-glasses should be taken off prior to training to avoid any injury.
How can I prepare for class?
Not eating for at least an hour is recommended and please drink plenty of water during the class to avoid dehydration.
What about my level of fitness?
You do not need to have a base level of fitness to start training with us. We encourage students to train at their pace and you will slowly notice your fitness increase the more you train.
Do I have to join after using my introductory lessons?
You are under no obligation to continue training if you find martial arts is not for you.
From what age can I enrol my child?
Children can join the fun and energetic Tiny Tigers Karate from 3 years plus.
How many students are there in each class?
- Cubs Karate - 3 to 4 years - approximately 10 students (max)
- Tiger Karate - 5 to 8 years - approximately 20 students (max)
- Dragons Karate - 9 to 12 years - approximately 20 students (max)
- Teens / Adults - No limit
Industry standard is 10 students to 1 instructor. Sparring classes 1:5.
Which instructors will be taking the classes?
Classes are supervised and run by Sensei Craig 4th Dan and Sempai Brooke 1st Dan.
How do the Karate gradings work?
Karate gradings are held every three to 6 months depending on belt rank.
Do I automatically get signed up to a membership once the trial period ends?
The trial period is an opportunity to see if both you and the club are a right fit for each other. We want to have happy clients who are committed to the values and the ethos we abide by. After the trial period, you will be invited to a quick meeting to see how you would like to proceed.
